Training Manager - Livermore, Ca

OE Federal Credit Union is looking for a Training Manager to join our Livermore Headquarters! This exempt position will be responsible for the design and delivery of he credit union's training programs covering areas such as products and services, regulatory compliance and software packages (Microsoft Office, member account database, etc.) and the supervision of one full-time training support employee. For more details regarding this position's responsibilities, please see the job description. This position reports to the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer.

The ideal candidate will possess two years of experience working in an employee development capacity, have strong interpersonal skills and be highly motivated. An undergraduate degree or certification in Communications, Human Resources or related field is a plus, but not required.

Branch Supervisor/Manager – Alameda, Ca

 

OE Federal Credit Union is looking for a Branch Supervisor/Manager to join our Alameda Branch! This exempt position will oversee two full-time tellers, supervise the branch's products and services program, manage the branch's cash vault and provide excellent service by assisting customers with account transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, loan originations and funding. For more details regarding this position's responsibilities, please see the job description. This position reports to the Regional Branch Manager for the Bay Area.

 

The ideal candidate will possess two years of experience working in a leadership role for a financial institution or a retail sales organization, have strong interpersonal skills and be highly motivated.

Member Services Representative I – Tracy, Ca


OE Federal is looking for a friendly, energetic, dedicated individual who enjoys being involved in a service and sales motivated culture, providing friendly, accurate and efficient service to our members. As a Member Services Representative I, your day will be spent having professional and friendly interaction with our members as well as OEFCU team members. You will be part of a team that provides top-notch service by handling financial transactions, educating and cross selling Credit Union products and services to meet the members’ needs.

The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years cash handling experience working in a customer/member service environment in a credit union or bank is preferred. Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software (Microsoft Office software preferred).
