Branch Manager - Fresno, Ca

OE Federal Credit Union is recruiting for a Branch Manager for our Fresno Branch! The ideal candidate will possess three years of managerial experience preferably working in a financial institution. The Branch Manager must have the ability to coach, develop, motivate employees to meet and exceed sales goals, possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and must be flexible working before/after hours as needed. Knowledge of credit union regulations and guidelines is required.

Training Manager - Livermore, Ca

OE Federal is looking for a dedicated, experienced and detail oriented Training Manager to plan and direct our employee training and development program at our Livermore, CA headquarters. The Training Manager conducts all personnel training including organizational development, employee education, regulatory training and new products and services.

Qualified candidates will have experience with instructional design including instructor led, webinar and eLearning course authoring suite; strong facilitation skills in both instructor led and webinar-based training; knowledge of Adult Training Methods including theories, concepts and techniques; three years or more work experience with training and employee development responsibilities with a financial institution or retail environment; proven leadership and management skills; and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Human Resources or related field or compensating experience.
