Regional Operations Specialist

OE Federal is looking for a Regional Operations Specialist (Senior Member Services Representative w/ supervisory experience) for various branch locations throughout the Bay Area Region.  The Regional Operations Specialist provides coverage assistance by performing daily functions of a branch including member assistance, cash disbursement, loan processing, cross-selling products and services as well as auditing branch paperwork. The Regional Operations Specialist will assume the role of manager to other staff in the absence of the Branch Manager.

Qualified candidates will have two years of supervisory and member services experience in a financial institution. This position involves considerable travel to various branches in the bay area region. A company vehicle is provided; a valid driver's license is required. Assistant Consumer Lending Services Manager - Livermore

OE Federal Credit Union is looking for an Assistant Consumer Lending Manager to join our Livermore Headquarters! This position will be responsible for but not limited to assisting with the day to day operations of the department; monitoring the workflow of the department, supervising, training and developing department staff, assist with managing the indirect lending program (CUDL) as well as provide ongoing member service.

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of progressive responsibilities in the financial services industry, including 1+ years of managing staff. Candidates should have the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of staff and management, possess strong organizational skills with the ability to understand consumer lending issues, demonstrate sound judgement, tact, diplomacy and strong customer service skills. Experience in sales, particularly cross selling loan products and/or services is required. Associates degree or equivalent experience required, bachelor degree preferred. Member Services Representative I - Dublin, Ca & Burlingame, Ca

OE Federal is looking for a friendly, energetic, dedicated individual to work with and serve our members at our Dublin and Burlingame Branches! Our staff have professional and friendly interactions with our members providing top-notch service by handling financial transactions, educating and cross selling credit union products and services to meet the members’ needs.

The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years cash handling experience working in a customer/member service environment, preferably in a credit union or bank. Member Services Representative I - Call Center

OE Federal is looking for a friendly, energetic, dedicated individual to join the Call Center at our Livermore Headquarters!   
This position focuses on incoming member calls; performing financial and non-financial transactions, establishing/updating accounts, processing loan applications, ordering products and member follow up calls on outstanding applications and/or opportunities.


The ideal candidate will possess two years’ experience working in a customer/member service environment, preferably within a credit union or other financial institution, and two years of cash handling and balancing experience. Training Manager

OE Federal is looking for a dedicated, experienced and detail oriented Training Manager to plan and direct our employee training and development program at our Livermore, CA headquarters. The Training Manager conducts all personnel training including organizational development, employee education, regulatory compliance, and new products and services.

The ideal candidate will have experience with instructional design including instructor led, webinar and eLearning course authoring suite; strong facilitation skills in both instructor led and webinar-based training; knowledge of Adult Training Methods including theories, concepts and techniques; three years or more work experience with training and employee development responsibilities with a financial institution or retail environment; proven leadership and management skills; and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Human Resources or related field or compensating experience.  For more details in regards to this positions’ responsibilities, please see the job description.
