Part-Time Member Services Rep I - Kapolei, HI

OE Federal Credit Union is looking for a Part-Time Member Services Representative I to join our Kapolei Branch! As a Member Services Representative I, your day will be spent having professional and friendly interactions with our members. You will be part of a team that provides top-notch service by handling financial transactions, educating and cross selling credit union products and services to meet the members’ needs.

Qualified candidates will possess 1-2 years of cash handling experience working in a customer/member service environment, preferably in a credit union or bank. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. For more details in regards to this positions' responsibilities, please see the job description. This position will average 18 hours per week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Applicants must have a flexible schedule to work full time during staff vacations.

 Research & Development Project Manager

 

OE Federal Credit Union is looking for a Research & Development Project Manager for our Livermore Headquarters! This position will be responsible for but not limited to researching, proposing, and developing new products and services for our membership, to include OE Federal’s project management activities, project design, resource management, inter- and intra-department communications, and program testing and implementation. 

The ideal candidate will possess 3 years of operations experience in a financial institution, preferably within a credit union in diverse functions such as project management, coordination, and/or new product implementation.  Candidates must possess strong communication skills, have the ability to work with, motivate and influence various levels of company echelon, requiring a significant level of expertise, credibility and trust.  A Bachelor degree in communication, business administration, change management or related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
