During this time of uncertainty, we want you to know that we're here for you. Below are some the ways OE Federal is trying to provide some financial relief for our membership.

Skip-a-Pay: Consumer Loans, Credit Cards, HELOCs

Skip-A-Pay is available for any member who currently has a consumer loan, credit card, HELOC, or Home Equity Line of Credit with OE Federal. Submit your request to skip your payment by clicking here.

Mortgage Forbearance

For those of our members with Mortgages, we’re looking into finding ways to help relieve some of the financial stress this could be causing during this time.

Relief Loan and Other Programs

If you’re experience financial hardship during this difficult time, please give us a call. We may be able to offer assistance in ways such as credit card limit increases or a Disaster Relief Loan. Let’s find a relief program that best helps you and your family.

Reduced Fees

During this time, we are waiving all OE Federal ATM fees. That means if you use the ATM at your nearest bank, OE Federal will not charge you an ATM fee. Please note that the bank who owns the ATM may still charge a fee on their end.

We are also reducing the Courtesy Pay fee from $25 to $15 during this time.

Online and Mobile Banking

While our branches remain open, we strongly encourage our members to take advantage of our online and mobile banking platforms. You can view accounts, transfer money, pay bills, send money to friends and family at other financial institutions, deposit checks, contact our staff, and more.
