OE Federal Credit Union is currently recruiting for an IT Network Helpdesk Support Technician to join our Livermore Headquarters. The IT Network Helpdesk Support Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining the Microsoft Windows desktop, laptops, and associated peripherals. This individual is also responsible for supporting end users as well as provides desktop support to local and remote users while using a ticketing system to track and maintain high level of service and support.
The ideal candidate will possess six months of work experience in an Information Technology role; one year of work experience in a desktop support role preferred. Ability to resolve hardware issues with printers and PCs, and ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Experience with helpdesk support of Windows 7 & Windows 10, Anti-Virus software, and Dell hardware a must. The IT Network Helpdesk Support Technician must be dependable, responsible and flexible to work additional hours before or after their regular work schedule.
