Getting Started with Mobile Banking/Tablet Banking
- Mobile Banking is dependent on Online Banking. From your computer, log in to your Online Banking account as normal.
- From the Accounts Page, choose "Mobile Banking". From here select "Allow Mobile Access". Now you'll be able to visit the Mobile Banking site from a browser enabled cell phone, mobile device, or tablet, such as the iPad.
- Select your phone's or tablet's Internet browser function and enter the following web address: www.oefcu.mobi
- Enter your member number, Online Banking password, and the 4-digit security graphic. Once you've entered all your information, you're ready to bank 24/7 with OE Federal!

How do I access Mobile Banking?
Logging into Mobile Banking is similar to logging into Online Banking from your computer.
- Select your phone's Internet browser function and enter the following web address: www.oefcu.mobi
- Enter your member number
- Enter your password
- Enter the security graphic.
How secure is Mobile Banking?

What happens if my phone is lost or stolen?
If your phone is lost or stolen, simply login to Online Banking from any computer. From there you can access the Mobile Banking page where you can "Disallow Mobile Access," which will turn off the service.
What are Mobile Transaction Notifications?
From the Online Banking site you have the ability to turn on Mobile Transaction Notifications, which will send you a message through the secure messaging system in Online Banking to let you know that a Bill Pay request has been made via Mobile Banking.
How much does Text Banking cost?
OE Federal does not charge fees to use OE Federal Text Banking; however standard text message rates do apply. Check with your wireless service provider to get additional information on their applicable fees to avoid unexpected charges.
What is Text Banking?
Text Banking allows you to keep track of your accounts. Through text message, you can see account balances, transfer money between accounts, see payment due dates, and recent transactions. Text Banking does not require the use of web access as our Mobile Banking feature does and will work with any mobile device capable of sending/receiving text messages.
How do I enroll in Text Banking?
Follow these steps to enroll in Text Banking:
- From your PC go to oefcu.textmycu.com.
- Select "Get Started" and follow the prompts until the enrollment is complete.
- The Text Banking Shortcode is: 40293.
Can I cancel Text Banking?
Yes, if you no longer want to use the Text Banking service, simply text STOP to 40293. This will deactivate your Text Banking account from future use. Remember, you must re-enroll in Text Banking if you wish to use the Text Banking service after cancelling. The re-enrollment process will be the same as when you first enrolled.
What happens if my phone is lost or stolen?
If your phone is lost or stolen you should contact your wireless provider. After contacting your wireless provider, please contact OE Federal at 800.877.4444.
Why am I unable to access the Text Banking service?
Some wireless providers, such as Cricket and Metro PCS are not supported by Text Banking services. Check with your wireless provider prior to enrolling to see if you can access text banking.
